Hi, I have been on the 10 day cleanse now twice, this book, has made so much sense and given me the courage and the knowledge to be able to do the cleanse, I lost 17 1/2lbs, on the first one and 11 1/2lbs the second time around, I just lost my Father to cancer and I am determined that I am going to be healthier and feel better, I still have a long way to go on the loosing weight (over 150lbs.) but now that I have this book and the cleanse I know that I will be able to do it, even if it takes a while, I want to be a good example to my family and my friends, I have talked to everyone who will listen and told them about the positive changes this book has helped me to make, I tell everyone, get a copy.
